The Wine Museum is organized into various sections, each section with descriptive panels in Italian and in German. The Museum documents and illustrates the tools used in the history of winemaking in our canton, from the first rudimentary forms of vine growing to the techniques and tools used in pruning, grafting and protecting plant health and used during the wine harvest and during fermentation, for pressing and bottling, right up to the process of distillation and conservation.
